Mac or PC
AirPlay is already built into iTunes, meaning that when you connect a SmartSpeaker to your Wi-Fi network iTunes autmomatically detects it and enables the AirPlay icon. Enjoy listening to all your audio in your iTunes Library on a SmartSpeaker, stream uncompressed music, podcasts, and audiobooks to a single SmartSpeaker or multiple SmartSpeakers simultaneously situated around the house and enjoy the ONLY spatially separated switchable stereo AirPlay system. Additionally use the free REMOTE App on your iPhone, iPad Air, iPad, iPad mini or iPod Touch to control song choice and volume.
The REMOTE App is a free App designed by Apple, which allows you to control iTunes from your iOS Device.
Using the Remote App on your iPhone, iPad, iPad mini or iPod touch, you can play, pause or skip to the next track or back up and repeat the previous one, plus shuffle and repeat. You can even select each speaker and control the volume for each individual AirPlay enabled device as if you were sat in front of iTunes on a Mac or PC.
When playing music from iTunes on a Mac or PC you can simultaneously transmit to multiple speakers around the house. Once you have set up the Remote App with your iTunes account you can control all your music on your Mac or PC through your iOS device.
Download the REMOTE App from the App store for free. You will then need to link the REMOTE App to your iTunes Library. For more information visit; http://www.apple.com/itunes/remote/
Once you have the REMOTE App set up on your iOS Device, simply tap the AirPlay logo in the App to connect to and control all of your speakers. This screenshot is from the REMOTE App running on an iPad.
