Christmas Despatch Schedule
Below is a list of our Christmas Despatch Schedule and cut-off dates for orders placed through this website. For your convenience, The SmartSpeaker is also available direct from Amazon using “Fulfilled By Amazon”, enabling you to take advantage of their shipping schedules, and use your Amazon Prime account.
Orders to UK Mainland addresses placed before 2PM on Tuesday 23rd December will be despatched for delivery on Wednesday 24th December.
From Monday 29th December, the normal shipping schedules below will apply, with the exception of New Year’s Day, when there will be no despatch or deliveries. (Orders placed on Wednesday 31st with Next Day Delivery will be delivered on Friday 2nd January.)
Delivery to European destinations will be sent from our UK-based warehouse according to the despatch schedule above, please allow 5 working days in the destination country for delivery.
Please note that orders for offshore islands and outlying areas, as defined by Parcelforce, may take longer.
The above dates are subject to our standard conditions below, and may change at short notice. We will endeavour to keep this page up to date, so please check this page for updates prior to ordering. Adverse weather and other causes of delays which are beyond our control may affect the delivery schedule.
Delivery Policy
A charge of £4.95 applies to all UK deliveries. Delivery in the UK is usually within 2-3 days.
A Next Working Day service is available to UK Mainland addresses (excluding outlying areas). The charge for this service is £9.95. Orders placed using this option before 1PM on a working day will be shipped the same day for delivery on the following working day. Orders placed after 1PM on a working day, or on a non-working day, will be despatched on the first working day following the order date, and will be delivered on the following working day. Working days are weekdays normally worked in the UK. Christmas services may vary, and all deliveries may be subject to delays caused by inaccessibility due to weather or incorrect delivery information being provided.
A Saturday Delivery Service is available to UK Mainland addresses (excluding outlying areas). The charge for this service is £17.95. Orders for Saturday Delivery must be placed by 1PM on Friday.
We deliver to Europe and overseas, standard delivery charges are:
Zone 1 Deliveries (4-5 Days) – £14.95: Ireland, France, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Finland & Greece.
Zone 2 Deliveries (4-5 Days) – £29.95: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Switzerland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta & Romania.
Zone 3 Deliveries (4-6 Days) – £69.95: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, Singapore, & Thailand.
Please Note that there is a separate website for USA customers, with delivery available from within the USA.
If your country has not been listed, the delivery cost for your order will be worked out on an individual basis, please contact us prior to ordering.
The despatch date and time of orders will be confirmed by email – please contact us if you haven’t received the goods within the time period stated.
We will do our absolute best, by using the best carriers, to ensure that the actual delivery meets your expectations – if it doesn’t please let us know. It is our policy to ensure you receive the best delivery service possible.
Return policy
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you have purchased an item from us that you no longer want, you have 14 days to cancel your order (starting from the day after the delivery date). Orders cancelled within this 14 day period are eligible for a full refund of the price paid for the product once we receive the item(s) back. Delivery costs are not part of the refund unless the return is a result of our error.
Unwanted items should be returned to us in A1 condition, in the original, undamaged packaging with all the accessories. Once received (or proof of posting has been provided) we will refund the money back onto the payment card used to make the purchase within 30 days.
We reserve the right to refund less than the full price of the product if it is received incomplete or in a condition that shows it has not been appropriately cared for.
Before posting any item back to us you need to obtain a Returns Authorisation. This is a number which you will be required to put on the outside of the box. Items returned to us without this number on the box will take longer to process.

All items should be returned in full, with all accessories, cables, manuals. These should be packed into the original manufacturer’s product box. Items should then be packed into another box or wrapped securely to ensure they arrive with us safely. Please DO NOT WRITE OR STICK ANYTHING DIRECTLY ONTO THE PRODUCT BOX.
